Malignant mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer, tumor tissue from a body known as the mesothelium. Mesothelium is a specialized layer of cells covering and protecting many internal organs, such as chest and abdominal cavities.
Types of malignant mesothelioma
The first type of malignant pleural mesothelioma or pleural mesothelioma is. This is the most common form of mesothelioma, which is about 75% of cases of mesothelioma. Surgery and treatment of hyperthermia (heated) Chemotherapy improves survival and quality of life of patients with metastases in the abdomen (tumor on the lining of the abdominal cavity).
Surgery is the parameter for the first stage of malignant mesothelioma used. For Phase II to IV, surgical treatment is not yet complete.
